I have tried to find an answer to my question on the forum and elsewhere. Sorry if it is here and I missed it. Can someone tell me difference between the micro s and regular s on the 1945 merc? I just added one to my collection and do not know how to tell which one I have. Thanks!

Sorry that mine are not the highest quality examples, but I had the images handy so hopefully they'll help:

You should be able to tell that the "regular" 45s mintmark is quite a bit larger than the "micro" 45s mintmark from those images. It was pretty difficult for me to tell the difference between the two when just looking at them without magnification, but if you use a lens and compare two to each other, you should be able to see a difference. Also, if you're comparing your own to these images, hopefully you can figure out which it is...

Good luck!
