Somewhat correct - It's more of a strike pressure issue, so I've been told. This is yet another of the many different things I have grown to accept as extremely common and have never really spent a lot of energy to figure out its exact cause. It's common, pass over it...that's the easy way to handle it.
The hard way? Not sure I can give you the correct answer, except to tell you it's not something anyone collects because it's very common.
