I suspect the obverse field scuffs are pretty shallow. The crescent-shaped marks on the neck look like slab reflections. The coin seems likely to qualify for MS-63. I'd be more confident on that opinion if the images were sharper.....

i have a morgan that looks just as good as that by PCI and graded AU-58, no offence to your coin and all just seeing if pcgs did the the same to you as PCI did to me.
