With the amount of fine detail that shows on this coin, I would say MS-63. Excellent tone, a beautiful coin.

I must say that I am a wee bit surprised that this is not an MS coin. But I guess I do see some wear on the side of the face of the figure on the obverse. Very nice coin with great toning!
