Is trading common date vf-xf Morgans for 1 oz...proof eagles or burnished eagles or silver prospector rounds a fair trade.
Thanks

I think that depends on the spot price of silver at the time of the trade....right now I'd take the silver rounds over the Morgans but when silver is low the Morgans are worth more.

I don't know about fair, but I've got several Morgans I'd trade for bullion.

Greysheet on morgans is around $15.00 each. Silver is trading at $18.35 +-. I would do the deal as long as the morgans were circulated and common date if the purpose is to make a quick buck. Otherwise it is a wash as most morgans will sell for $20.00-22.00, about the same as the silver rounds. Sincerely, John Leckrone
