I will at least answer on the Cyprus 5 mils, and since I have to play by my own blasted rules, I'd have to say..

It's wrong.. but there is one country in that small list that is right

I updated the beginning post with all our guesses, hints and our "definitely not" list - I will try to keep that updated to make it easier. I don't know how many of you read everyone else's posts before you make your guesses (from what I've seen in other contests, some do not!)

...and, syslav:
Two countries in the set of 11 is correct. One of them has been guessed multiple times, just not with the right denomination.
