Obverse looks XF-45 or even a little better, but the reverse seems like it would limit it to XF-40 perhaps.

Some rim damage and a little bit of the S in STATES is missing, I'm going to say EF-40.

It's a good looking coin Moe but has been cleaned. VF+ close to EF.

When a silver coin is that clean but shows significant wear, I usually pass on it.

If you like it, that's all that matters. Well that and getting a good price!
