I have a 1999 D New Jersey State Quarter that has matching striations on the front and back all matching Appears as a perforation. The "J" in Jersy is not as it should be and the coin itself seems to be heavy on one side and "Mis-struck as it seems "United" runs very close to the "Border". I will try to post but the cameras that I have are not too good, Any help?
Welcome to the forum, some people use a scanner , doesn't work all that great, but if you get the settings good enough we might gett an idea of what you're talking about.
