VF30 on both are my opinions.
Both are great dates but have rim issues. How did the scraping happen on the 09-S? The 14-D has tiny corrosion spots on reverse.

I'm going to say VF-25 for both, there are some worn areas on the wheat stalks and on Lincolns ears.
