Forgive me if this isn't anything, I just rekindled my interest and honestly havn't collected coins since I was a preteen... That being said I decided to at least put the mountains of state quaters I saved (okay, so I've always had a bit of the bug) into a book and I noticed on the 2006 North Dakota I have a minor die error on the reverse. It looks like some metal stuck to the die or something. The error occures between the ground and the lowest sun ray on the right. I have some that are without error but have found at least 2 so far that show this error. One is farther progressed than the other.
I can't find this error documented online in quick google searches but its a rather minor one and I'm not sure it warrants any attention, but I thought I would ask. I don't have proper camera equiptment set up for the digital age for a good picture. Thanks for any input.

From your description, it sounds like a die chip or crack but obviously I would just be speculating without seeing actual pictures. If it is a die crack/chip, that is relatively common and probably not worth saving unless it had developed into a large die break. However, you mentioned one appeared to have progressed more than another(a key that leads me to believe it is a crack/chip because those do progress) so it might be worthwhile to save since you now would have a two coin progression set.
