Well, a big selling children's tale character in the UK is "Paddington Bear" who comes from "darkest Peru". So this looks to be connected.The "1 Jar" probably refers to Paddington's prediliction for, I think, marmalade.
So, maybe a marketing item or at least fan group material.

I'll try to check on the various Paddington appreciation societies (sad but true) after the weekend.

Well I've checked the places I know, and I'm sorry but that's all she wrote.
It is almost certainly to do with a marketing campaign but I can't identify the year or issuing company.
