AU something I'd guess. The scans make it a tough call, the reverse looks AU+ with the obverse either lightly struck and/or low AU. The porosity is just in the images right? Not in the coin?

This is a heavily counterfeited, key date. That's a $2,000 coin if it's a problem-free, genuine piece.
