From what I can see from the images I'm going to say AU-55.

Agree, a lightly-circulated AU with obvious friction in the fields and some possible hairline scratches from a cleaning attempt.

I really think it has been cleaned. On the bottom stars on the obverse, the luster is strong, and then abruptly ends at the top of the stars. If the coin wore naturally, I would think the luster would fade out more smoothly. So I will guess AU details/cleaned.
