dont really know much about these but wanted to ask a question. Does the "WE" look normal to you? looks like something behind the w maybe and a little something between the w and the e also? any input?

Well, it is interesting, and does have some characteristics of being a doubled die...but I don't think it is one.

The thing sticking up out of the W could be part of another W, but if it is, where's the rest? That's the problem.

And being I'm the first to post in this forum area in 2010....

Thanks Coppercoins, I see a little something in between the W and the E, not much but shows something, maybe my pic doesn't show it good enogh. anyhow I will wait to see if anyone else might say something. might need to post a different pic. Happy New Year to everyone.

Happy New Year! It is a small die gouge causing what you see behind the W. The date is normal.
