Happy New Year All,

Got this one in change a while back, thought it was a samll die break under FDR neck above the P. I am cleaning house and going to sell some of my coins, what I do notice later is the In God We Trust motto has what appears to be a Worn Die of some sort.

I am unsure what it is and how may cause this affect, please enlighten me and share your knowledge.

It's a worn die but there is a die chip on the neck above the mint mark.
