i received these 2 coins at a coin show sadly the off center does not have a date I was wondering if anyone would know the value of either of these coins. all help is appreciated

I am auctioning off a pair of 1999 off center cent on ebay. I will let you know the result at end of auction by tomorrow night.

off centers without a date are not as highly sought after as those with a date

The blank is worth $2-3,the off center is $5-6.

I think the second cent to be, is a planchet.
