How would you describe this coin? Just a hair of the design is missing.

Since part of the design is missing it is an off center strike. Did it come from circulation?

5% or so...I would love to have found this one. They may not be worth much, but they are exceedingly scarce to find in change. Thing is, every year back in the day someone would come up with a 5,000 count bag that had 2,000 of these in it...which is the only reason they are rather common and not valuable.

Thanks Chuck, I was happy to find it. I've not searched as many coins as you have, but I've searched a helluv a lot and I was shocked to find it. I've been on a pretty good roll lately with the two 99 WAM's, the 72 DDO-2, the 68-D clip and this coin.
