I decided to stop at a bank I belong to, though I don't bank there much (but may do so more!). Anyways I asked for a roll of dollar coins and the teller asked if I wanted a new roll or a mixed roll and I just said it doesn't matter. So she gave me a N.F. Strings bank roll of Prez Taylor dollars. Keep in mind I don't collect these. They look so shiny in my hand! I just put them in my 5 gallon water jug to save with my everyday pocket change. I may do this once a week on payday.

I do find the edge lettering disturbing. I could not tell if the coins were P or D until I opened the roll. But being in Michigan I predicted they would be P and I was correct. :)

Its always nice to be treated so nicely at a bank, its getting tougher and tougher to find banks that are willing to sell rolls of coins to collectors. Some places you walk in and they remember you. Even if you have accounts with some places they still give you the evil looks.
