I believe it's strong enough to list, but I'm also seeing the detail at a molecular level. If it were backed out considerably, I might change my mind on that. Report this Post to the Staff

He believes they are a form of design distortion caused by improper hubbing. I accept his theory as it seems to fits the observed facts better. Error coin writer and researcher.
