I would say AU-50 cleaned.

Same as the other one, high VF to low EF. Perhaps the shine is from the lighting and that's why it looks cleaned? Again, those deep marks on the face just lower it's appeal and quality for me. They both are pretty coins though. I'm sure that a dealer would give this coin a conservative AU.

The obverse looks like it has a lot of scratches.
It would be great to get a picture of the whole coin, looking at just parts can make it tricky.

The breast does appear pretty flat, but I have some UNC 21's that are about the same as those.

I just noticed the major ding on the rim above the "OF" on the Reverse. Isn't this a major no-no, especially for anyone looking at it as an Unc or AU?

I'm sticking with my original thought of high VF to low EF. Does that make sense?

VF-25 The added rim dings and numerous nicks and marks and whatever that is by the date? Keep the coin lower than the first one even with the bigger hits,, I will say though I dont believe the coin has been cleaned, the lines on the neck I believe are flow lines from a worn or over polished Obverse die.
