the pictures do not do the coin justice however I did take some nontraditional poses in order to bring out the definition in the liberty on the shield and in the back. Also of the rated edge! Please grade. Go to sleep.
With the rim filing I don't think it would holder in any grade. Ignoring that, it's got EF details. I have an 1867-S in AU details that has the same rim issue ... PCGS would not holder it a couple of years ago.
I know! I did want to say anything because I wanted an opinion that was not swayed in any way. That's too bad unfortunately, it will be going back. That's a bummer!
I believe it would even grade greater than that! The details are pretty sharp. However, and it's a big however, the filing is not good!there is nothing left to do but laugh...
