I've got this tiny coin (15 mm diameter) and about the only thing visible is the profile on the obverse and part of an inscription to the upper right ("liberty"?). There's also a wreath on the reverse, which meets at the bottom with maybe a bow. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Your coin is from the Netherlands: 10 cent with the effigy of William III.
Legends are: WILLEM III KONING DER NED(erlanden) G(root) H(ertog) V(an) L(uxemburg) = William III king of the Netherlands, grandduke of Luxemburg.
This type KM#80 was struck 1849-1890.
