Ive got here a 10 fils coin from The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan dated 1962.
The coin as shown in photos has green spots and around the edge has some knocks.

Is there any value to this coin or is the coin ready for the scrap pile, like many other I seem to have?

Sadly, it's 1960 that's the scarcer date for this type. This one isn't going to be worth more than a few cents in this condition.
