Hello everyone! I was looking though a stack of 20 cent coins and this seemed too catch my eye.

What-Do-You-Think-Of-This-Double-Die-Error?

also is that distance normal for 2004?

There are 2 varieties of the 2004 20¢. Yours is commonly known as a 'small head, and a distinguishing feature is that all the A's in the Legend have a flat top. The legend is noticeably further away from the rim.

The other variety, has a larger head and all the A's are pointed, (just like the A's on the 2009 coin in your picture). This one is usually called large head or Pointy A.

I can't comment on the doubling, I'm not really into it unless it's pretty spectacular.

life is a mystery to be lived not a problem to be solved
