Something looks wrong here. It looks like the eagle is raised on the coin.

If the eagle isn't raised on the coin, then why has it cast a shadow?

All Indians will cast a shadow under that lighting. It is a recession around eagle and eagle will cast a shadow.

Not really. Since the die sunk the Eagle into the coin, unless maybe a piece of scrap caused a further impression. I really don't know. Interesting though.
