The seller has a few other Morgans listed. I'm no expert, but some of them look a bit dodgy to me.

My feeling is that it's a copy. Under the chin and neck of Ms Liberty it looks like doubling. The more I look at it, the more it looks like tooling to adjust the position of the neck. On the reverse there appears to be excess metal flow by the dentals under the O in one. Of course I could be wrong and this could be a VAM not listed.
