The mint recently released 2001 Sacagawea rolls. It appears as though these rolls have been re-wrapped. Or are just in a different wrapper. Does anyone have more information on these rolls?

They definitely look like they are in different wrappers... which begs the question of whether they wrap them and leave them lying around for a decade or so, or wrap them now...
