I picked this up on ebay. I was'nt sure about the clash behind the cap & the rev. has a clash that seems to be from Phrygian cap.

I hope it is a VAM 9. Take a look at 14.1 and 14.1A for attribution. Looks like the eagle left leg has the die marker of the 14.1A. Check the chip near the star. nlp
