Nice little coin, I'm going to say F-12.

I am going to agree with F-12. It looks like the reverse was weakly struck. still a nice little coin

I'm splitting the difference and going F15. I think it is a weak strike but has too much wear for me to go VF.

I concur with the majority - F12.

I like it! Very nice little coin. If it weren't for the couple of scrapes across the shield on the reverse, it could possibly move in to the 15 area but I think that they keep it in F 12 slot. Sweet little coin!

Well, I'm definitely a minority here, but I think it would make VF. The reason being is that it appears to have tinges of luster around the stars on the obverse, which leads me to believe the lack of detail is as much weak strike as it is wear. You don't usually see any luster on a fine coin. If what I'm seeing isn't luster, than I will concede to fine, but it sure looks like luster to me.
