To find 1893,1894,1895 Morgans in VF+ condition for less than an arm or leg? Of course these are the three I need to finish my Dansco Morgan dollar Date book, plus one CC for the Mint mark coin.
I'm trying to do this right the first time and put the best coins I can afford in this book. Most are AU to MS and I would like to finish that way.
Guess I could morgage(no pun intended) the house.

The three dates are valuable items and you need to be prepared to pay what they are in fact worth. I am always suspicious of coins offered for less than retail. Why? Beacuse it makes no sense whatever. Who sells dollar bills for 50 cents each? Only counterfeiters or thieves!

But those three dates are good investments. If you plan to stay in the hobby for another 10 or 20 years - by all means mortgage the farm. Get the best copies of true rarities as soon as you can. They will never get less rare.

They could get less rare if someone finds a hoard of them somewhere
