Here is what I believe to be VAM 1I, but maybe just a LDS of what is depicted on the other site. This coin has the same (but more and longer) cracks, and all of the stars on the right side of the obverse are very weak. I don't know if it is just a strike thru, or what the cause may have been.
I will have pictures later of another 1921 D with the stars on the left side of the obverse very weak. Is this a common defect in the '21 D series?

Very nice find, the break at the D is a dead match going into the denticles at that precise spot!!Not sure if its a LDS, due as listed, it should have a crack moving straight up(perpendicular to the break) toward the rim.......EXCELLENT FIND!

Yeah, me either. I don't really care about the coin, I am just glad to see that you are still around. 'That' is the most important thing. I was concerned about you.

I am going to call it a strike thru, I really don't know what else it could be.
