cracking and hacking are COMPLETLY different. hacking is taking a computer or devise and making it do something its not supposed to, like an ipod with a windows OS. Hacking is NOT ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL. cracking is breaking into anothers computer program or system, or other devise, and making HARMFULL, ILLEGAL CHANGES, such as infecting someones computer with a trojan horse virus. the reson I am so sensitive is because I am an avid hacker, and hackers get a bad name from crackers. check out this AWSOME web site

http://www.i-hacked.com/

this is a great example of a hacking website. enjoy!

I have "hacked" everything from xbox's to satelight cards in my day (I dont so it anymore so nobody ask me how its done because I wont tell) so I know the difference I was just trying to end the conversation without having to spell it all out. I could probably tell you my nick in the old DSS days and most people would know who I am (dont ask that either)

Cisco I was also a op on mIRC in the chat rooms where we taught others to do just that. We had over2500 people in there on BS and everyone was going crazy, well except everyone that was using the program I wrote because it never went down on BS, matter of fact it worked all the way up until they took it out of the stream. But I dont think this is the appropriate place to be talking about this stuff so if you want to conversate through emails I think that would be more appropriate
