86 LMC With Problems On The "86'

there are also some problems on the LIB of "LIBERTY" but they don't show on this photo, also seems like a burnished "halo" making the coin seem concave in the center but it is not. comments?

closer view of date, it seems like there is a hint of doubling on the inside lower left corner of the "D" as well as the 8 and 6, I suppose this is Machine Doubling and not a double die.

Many Cents from that year look like that. The rippling of the plating, the weakness on out devices. Just a normal coin from that year.
