I have a small unknown south africa coin possibly silver,the obverse shows portraits of general french,general buller and bade powell,the reverse has 2 flags on poles above laurel leaves and south africa above these ,it is dated 1900 .can any of you wise ones help please?

It's not a "coin" - it's a commemorative medal (these small medals are sometimes called "medalets"). These would have been struck and sold in Britain as a fundraiser for the troops going to the Boer War. The Australian colonies also sent troops to the Boer War and we have varieties of these medals here in Australia, too. I don't have any British medal catalogues, so I can't tell how common or rare your particular item is.
