I aquired this (attached) from an ATM.

Some of the black printing is rather smudged, on this side only.

Would this have resulted from when the note was printed and the ink hasn't dried before it was moved?

Not especially worth hanging on to, really?

I don't know enough to make a comment, but someone will be sure to let you know if it's a 'keeper'. I'd be inclined to hang on to it for a while, till you get a decisive answer.
