I wonder (and at this time I have no idea) why on a note issued during Nicholas' reign there's an effigy of his father Alexander III (not II, by the way).
I would just like to point out that russian paper money is a hot commodity, so the price guides often underestimate the value in today's market. Now that you know what the bill is, I suggest checking ebay's completed auctions to find a more accurate value.
