Found this afternoon.

Is this an off centered cent?

Thanks.

Congrats on a nice find,Yes it's an off center strike.Given it's already 26 years old and in nice condition I'd guess 10 to $20.00 coin

This looks like a very strong misaligned die error to me, given how the reverse isn't going off the coin and the presence of a crevice on the edge of the obverse.

When I looked at he reverse and saw the flattened spots I just took forgranted it was offset as the front was but do believe now you are right,Misaligned die,Good eye.
As far as value I'm not sure now

I agree with MAD strike. IMO, this coin is a little bit more desirable than if it was off-center, it is a very strong MAD example especially with the reverse weakness. Value would probably be about the same if it were off-center, a few dollars.

Newbie here .... still learning ...... but I see it perhaps a bit different ...

Agree this is a misaligned die (MAD) ...... but what explains the obverse double edge from 7pm to 11 pm?

Seems to me this has to be a double strike of some kind ..... how else do you achieve this coin?

The outer rim is from the original milling of the planchet before the coin was struck

It's both a misaligned die and a minor, uncentered broadstrike. The obverse face also shows a low ridge on the left side that represents Die Deterioration.
