i have a 1943 Mercury dime with split bands how do I tell what full split bands are ?

NGC uses slightly different language, but I couldn't find their definition in my quick search.

Why I didn't go to David Lange's Complete Guide to Mercury Dimes first, I dunno. He talks about it toward bottom of this page:
