The darn thing looks more like a "S" mint to me.....but.....they didn't make one. Sooo, it has to be a "D". Your thoughts, please as to which one. #1 or #3 or #2...........

Have not studied in detail the 1922 but know that dies 1 and 3 had very worn reverses, especially in the wheat heads. This coin seems to meet that criteria.

That's crazy...it does look like an S. Not sure about the die pair since you can see the MM.

I just pulled up this thread and see 4 pics of a 1922. I did just finish posting a thread selling 1909 Lincolns but I am not seeing 1909s here. Do you still see them?

OK, OK, The pictures I see are of the obverse and reverse of two 1909 vdb's.
What is going on with these people seeing S's?

Quick, go to his listing for the 1909's and buy them up because they might be the 1922's!
