I purchased all 34 coins on ebay, and all of them were already graded. This is definitely the way to go. If you buy all the coins raw and send them in for grading you may very well end up spending much more on the collection overall. Unless, of course, you send them in all at once. That would at least save on shipping. I'm not sure what PCGS charges, but the cheapest way for Moderns through NGC is $17.00 per coin, I think. That's $578. Then again, you may not get the grades you desire either. If you buy them already slabbed, then at least you know what you're getting grade-wise. Also, don't just buy a grade. Make sure you really like the coin itself and that it has great eye appeal. That means more to me than the grade

Yes Yes Yes.

Got this one in the mail today- the most important purchase yet for my registry set: 1971-D FEV PCGS MS65!

The golden tone on this coin is very nice, but it isn't as gold as my '78.

OK, I finally got a couple pics of my 72 brown toner that show the toning fairly well. Not perfect, but you should get the idea. Its all reds and blues and purples. This is my ANACS PF67 DCAM that is in the brown box group pic in this thread...

Nothing special, but have been having to consolidate to save space. I am having bad space issues for storage. Anyway, broke out my remaining brown and blue Ikes from their original packaging to save some space.
