1972 D Clad Peg Leg
MS62 10
MS63 15
MS64 40
MS65 220
MS66 550
MS67 8600
Just to give a rough idea. And I am assuming that these prices are for Graded and Attributed Coins The coin above is not a PegLeg. It is a heavily die abraded coin yet it does have full and complete serifs on the bottom of the "R" just kind of a weird interesting Ike thing to me.

Terry: Beautiful Talon Head *If you get a chance, check out Variety Vista. Dr Wiles updated everything from August 2010 to Jan 2011. The 71D DDO / DDR is now officially listed on the site as 1971D D0-001/ 1971D-DR-001-RDV006.5.

Hello guys, I am glad to have found this thread. I am a Morgan silver guy, but I have some Ike's re an inheritance from Mom. A couple rolls of what appears to be proofs, - definitely prooflike . They are actually labeled proofs by someone.
One roll is 73s and the other is the 76s Very shiny, these are clad, with the copper edges showing. I could try a photo tomorrow, but anybody want to venture a guess as to kind and value? I know, I know...

Both of those rolls, 73S and 76S, if they are Copper-Nickel, would have to be proof coins. San Francisco didn't make anything except proof coins for those years in Copper-Nickel. For prices, the Red Book lists them at about $12 retail for each coin in PF-65. I'd guess only a couple of your's would grade out that high, just from experience looking through rolls like the ones you describe.

Latest bag finds earlier today 1- 1971S Silver Uncir, not in the greatest condition, but I'm not complaining- its SILVER! 1- 1972P Type 2! Not sure if it's the March or August Issue. I can't find any matches for either one except what possibly looks like the die gouge (dot) under the N on the obverse, which would make it a March Issue. No die scratches across the TES in States (MARCH) and no die scratches between the E & P of E. Pluribus and no dot in the O of Dollar (AUGUST) March or August? I'm leaning towards March.

Quote: 1- 1971S Silver Uncir, not in the greatest condition, but I'm not complaining- its SILVER! 1- 1972P Type 2! Very nice! I am still not good on the March v. August release, so we will have to wait for another opinion on that.
