I saw this guitar pick fashioned from an Ike on ebay.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Seen the guitar pick halves. Never seen an Ike pick. Thanks for sharing.

Another one from the bay. Without further evidence, I can neither confirm nor deny any resemblance to Jbuck.

Dearborn, I'm surprised that we don't see more "hobo" Ikes, as they offer such a large palette.

Maybe out of respect to Ike?

Possibly, but more likely it relates to availability. Ikes go for $3, while other coins that are frequently used to make hobo coins are generally $1 or less.

I really like the Ike pick Hondo Boguss! Pretty cool! How much is the seller charging for it, just out of curiosity?

$12 or best offer, plus $5 shipping. I have no relationship with that seller and have never done business with them. https://www.ebay.com/itm/275977155437Same seller has that hobo Skeletor Ike, but it's $80

Hondo Boguss, that's actually not bad at all, for the Ike pick. It's actually reasonable for what it is. Now for the hobo Skeletor Ike, that's way too much.
