coinhunter9- make sure you check the Obv & rev for DDO's/DDR'S. The 72D has a real nice DDO / DDR and also just a stand alone DDR- nice split serifs on the S'S in STATES and on the E PLURIBUS UNUM. good Luck! FTB: Congrats again on all of those 72P T2'S. Amazing find! ilikeikes- Congrats on another nice pick-up! * I'll be posting my recent pick-up once I have the coin in hand! If it's what I think it is, I scored another nice coup. Stay tuned folks (LOL!)

Very Nice Pickups! Here's what I was hoping for from my post of 5/13/13. My latest from E-Bay. 1971S SP Partial Peg-Leg Proof! Ref: Chap 11, The Ike Book. Break in O of God. Thin neck of G and weakness of lower left part of O. Last T in Trust- "TOMAHAWK" Loop of 9 in Date more open.

I wish I knew Ike's half as much as all the experts on this post. I was just looking through several past pages ... there are some very interesting varieties. I met a guy that was going to dump 185 Ike's today .. I did not have a lot of time to look at them but picked out 100 ...only had $100 on me. When I got home I ended up with 55 - 1972's, 32 - 1971's and 13 - 73 through 78's. A few look pretty good .. but I think I can cull out at least 10. They will makes some good addition to my grey monster Ike box. (500 coins)
