Looks like a Struck Through Grease or a filled die to me. IMHO not worth sending in and not much of a premium if any.

If you have four of these my guess is it isn't Struck Through Grease. There are collector's out there that will find a place in their collection for an interesting filled die. From your picture, the rest of the coin is very, very well struck. Nice pic as well!

Yes pennylover1010 the coins are in uncirculated condition.
What I don't understand is why would someone turn in 2 MINT ROLLS to the bank and only get face value($25.00) ? Don't mint rolls sell at a premium from the mint? Very strange!

Premium yes, I think both of those rolls were only available through the mint. Not sure of the mark-up back then but 50% for sure.
I only meant to say that your picture showed a very strong strike (ie weak strike ruled out) and that if you have more than one it is not through grease.
It's a beauty and the real joke is that most banks would not even want to give you face value!
