I have a few 1947 canadian nickels,maple leaf,dot and this one. it is the center and left points of the maple leaf and the remainder of the maple leaf is indented in the coin. need more information on this coin please. thanks

No problem!

I just noticed there is an error in the tutorial. The editing mentioned in step 2 is no longer necessary. When you upload a picture, it should properly code the [img] and [/img] tags around your upload.

Give it a shot. If you have any problems, I will give you a hand!

I don't know if this will help you.I haven't heard of any varieties of the ML(Nickles)NOW the ML cents have various varieties.The ones that I know of are:1947-close ML
-far Ml
-high ML
-low Ml
I have a few of these but have yet to determine which is which.
If I get any more info. I will post it

The leaf on yours looks like a weak strike or some die issue , the denticles look 'pressed ' as well.

Possibly a lamination or else a little help bending up parts of the maple leaf. Please note, these were put in to the dies by hand, so ther is a lot of variety n placing- high/low, close/far.
