thank you very much for your input. I have decide to wait a few years,when its not so new, and leave it in an airtight container until then. again, there is NO NICK in the coin, it was on the stuffpy plastic container! I will, due to its condition, (and the fact that my dealer will give me a lot more than spot price for it)keep it as a colectable coin and long term investment, instead of bullion that I will unload when silver hits $15/ounce. thank you very much!

I agree with wait everyoen said. I as well would not get it graded you would be beter off getting more. if you look you can find other dates to add to your collection for the price of slabing. also most dealer will not pay more for a coin slabed then they would for a unslab coin they can tell is in great condition. Like you do get more then spot when you go and sell it. My local dealer usally pays 1.-1.50 over spot.
Also if you do not like it in your littleton holder I would invest in getting air-tite holder for it. that will help keep in good condition and also stop it form toning. I keep all of my silver bullion coins in airtite except my ASE set it is in a Dansco Folder. Also I look my eagles out of it littleton holders.
