The dealer had VG on it. I knew it was better than that. Not bad for .25

Nice cherry pick! Did you go through his other coins looking for "VG" coins?

I'd say it is EF45, maybe even AU50.

At first blush, I was at VF-35. After looking more closely, I believe I was not adjusting for the die state and strike. Still, there is too much wear for AU. XF-45
