here is yet another of the coins from my grandpas wartime horde, This one I know is from Manchuko but I have no idea as to the denomination year and value. If someone has any idea id greatly appreciate it.

1 fen, dated Kang Te Year 1, or 1934. KM/Y# 6.

thanks for the info sap, there are two or three more in the horde that might have different dates in addition to this one.

as to weather or not they are for sale, intend on keeping all the coins in the horde
there are also a large horde of paper wartime money that I still have, some still in the little bundles they were purchased in from the currency traders my grandpa bought them from

Your grandpa's collection sounds very cool Xavier! The paper money bundles sound pretty neat, too. I don't blame you one bit for holding on to it.

If you want to sort out examples of the notes and post pics on the paper money section I'm sure a lot of people would be very interested.

yes ill definately be able post some of the notes in a week or so when I can get my hands on them, some of them are very crisp while others are quite beat up I'm very intersted in identifying what they are my grandfather had no idea what alot of the stuff was even at the time he aquired it
