Murr if I count together what I searched from peoples dump this week it makes around $750 (quarters, dimes, nickels, pennies ) but I cant complain at all as I had a awesome week = 64,65,67 halves ( from a tray because my box had only 2 proofs) + 1964 quarter,46s,48s,62,63x2,64x2 dimes ,nickels corroded 1917,42-43-44P ,1999 cliped,2002 proof 1946 canadian in about $3000 searched . I have a very good relationship with my banks and everytime I go to eachone the tellers get together and give me all the cwr's they have if I have enough money lol even the menagers talk about coins with me , I think they are happy for save some on shipping the only problem is to dump because I have only 2 dump banks and I have to visit them 2 sometimes 3 time one of them a week . Thats why I gave up on halves and before this week my last box of halves was in january as the coin counters only can take $100 in halves before fill the bag . I can take as many boxes I can search but I'm doing more cwr's lately because I know they have to pay for boxes and I combine different denomination to dump so I avoid the bag changing just to dont get on their nerves lol !

About the old wrapper ; the 1st time I found halves in old brown wraps it was a dump of solids bicentenial and 2nd time had nothing as later I found out the teller who gave also searchs for silver arghhh . Only once I found a half roll of silver halves . Dimes and nickels I dont even know how the old wrapper looks like but pennies I scored big in 2 different ocasions when I found solid rolls of LWC's includes vdbs and teens with mm's ! But you guys are right its such bummer when you get old looking wrappers then on the way home we are dreaming in score big but then kbroom zipo nada lol I hate the feeling !

Back to searching after a few weeks off. 2 boxes yielded 1 silver, first time I've been skunked on a box.

well,

i should have gone back to the CHASE I have been going to 6 months ago. I stoped because I had our baby was born in October!

anyway, instead I've been going to the local CU where the coin has been SPARSE! in the last $1000 dimes, I've scored only a 1960-d

today, out of $240.. 3!!

57-d
64-d 2x

also scored an OBW! I'm assuming from the 70's as all were 70's BU! latest was 79-d!.. no silver =(

Searched one bag of dimes - $500 face - purchased at Wells Fargo. Best results every: Five silver Roosies, oldest a 1954. People laugh, but hey, I enjoy it, and it's non-fattening, and if I make a couple of bucks, why not?

Have tried three bags of quarters, never found a thing. Have never been skunked on dimes, averaging 2 dimes per bag.
