Love finding mercs but Barbers are even better, although more elusive. I remember a 12-box String/son order I had about 3 years ago. I hit one Barber, stayed up till late to finish the rest of the boxes. Ended up with six Barber dimes, several mercs, and about 22 rosies. Havent hit a Barber since then, about $80,000 in dimes later.

Found my first silver coin at work today. I work at a gas station so I scan all the rolls in the safe. After a year I found a 1963 dime in a roll tonight.

Fistfull - quite a haul on that. My best (dimes) was a bag that had 47 silver dimes - I think it was 6 or 7 Mercs.

I was up at 4:30. I had a box of nickels and a bag of dimes done before anyone was up. Even the 2.5 and 5.5 year olds. It was a great start to an awesome day w the family

Too bad it has holes and a design on the reverse. That would be worth a lot more without them, but cool find!

I bought 5 rolls of CWR dimes at my grocery store. Ended up with:

1939 Mercury
1947-D Roosie
1969-S Proof Roosie

(PS. I am going back to get more rolls later :))

Congrats again MM2 on the love token. That coin has a lot more character than a plain ol Seated dime, IMO. That would probably make my year.
